– Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

3. Changes to Booking
– Requests to change the tour date or participant information must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Tour Conditions
– Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.
– Andaman Sea Kayak reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours for safety reasons.
– Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
5. Health and Safety
– Guests must inform us of any health conditions or special needs in advance.
– Children must be accompanied by an adult.
– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a safety risk.
6. Liability
– Andaman Sea Kayak is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
– Participation is at your own risk. By joining the tour, you agree to release Andaman Sea Kayak from any liability for personal injury or loss.
7. Intellectual Property
